Trainee Recruitment Consultant - HR
Hunter Savage is expanding our team in 2025 and we are currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our high performing recruitment team. This role would be a fantastic option for someone with experience in recruitment resourcing for professional services OR with experience working in a busy, commercial environment with strong customer/client interaction and engagement.
The Role
* Working with consultants to define job requirements and identify recruitment channels
* Sourcing, screening, interviewing and assessing candidates, monitoring pipelines through to negotiation and candidate acceptance.
* Developing a pipeline of HR talent to support future growth to bring a more strategic focus to recruitment
* Effectively utilise sourcing tools and social medial channels to attract suitable talent and identify commercial opportunities
* Internal system updates and ensure candidate and company information is accurate and up to date
* The role is primarily candidate focused and involves running multiple projects from inception to completion and working closely with our recruitment consultants.
Your background
* Qualified to at least a degree level or equivalent
* Professional services recruitment/resourcing/sourcing background ANDexperience working in a busy, commercial office environment with strong customer/client contact
* Previous experience of LinkedIn, databases, ATS, and Boolean searches
* Strong networking skills
* Excellent communicator (fluent in spoken and written English) with strong customer focus
* Experience implementing sourcing strategies
