Solicitor/Associate - Medical Negligence - Bristol - 3+ Years PQE

Salary: £55,000 to £80,000
A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a Solicitor or Associate with 3+ years of post‑qualification experience to join its leading Medical Negligence team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high‑value clinical negligence claims in a supportive and inclusive environment, with a strong focus on quality client care and professional development.
Responsibilities
 * Managing your own caseload, including litigated matters
 * Assisting senior colleagues on complex, high‑value claims
 * Advising on a wide range of medical negligence issues across multiple disciplines
 * Delivering accurate, compassionate legal advice
 * Collaborating with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Candidate Requirements
 * 3+ years PQE in clinical negligence (Claimant experience preferred)
 * Proven experience managing a caseload independently
 * Strong technical and drafting skills
 * Excellent communication and client care abilities
 * Experience assisting on high‑value, complex cases
 * A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering the best outcomes for clients
