Are you an experienced Senior Pre-Contract Manager with a proven track record in Cat A & B commercial fit-outs up to £5m? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading design & build team and take ownership of the pre-construction phase for high-profile London projects.
About the Role
You’ll lead the pre-construction process for multiple projects, ensuring accurate costings, robust design coordination, and seamless client communication. This senior role demands strong commercial acumen, technical expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop detailed cost analysis and manage tender packages
2. Oversee design management and ensure timely production of drawings
3. Review and negotiate contracts, including legal compliance
4. Coordinate site surveys and liaise with building control for compliance
