Specific duties of the Supply Chain Analyst include:
* Managing stock availability and performance to meet internal and customer targets
* Collaborating with key customers and suppliers to ensure smooth, on-time stock replenishment
* Leading range changes and supporting new product launches
* Forecasting demand monthly and planning for promotional events
* Identifying and resolving issues that affect stock efficiency and customer satisfaction
* Providing outstanding customer service through clear and timely communication
* Supporting the wider supply team with ad hoc tasks and analysis
Supply Chain Analyst applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Previous experience in a; Supply Chain, Logistics, Demand Planning, Forecasting, Merchandising, Sales Order Processing, Order Management
* Experience within a FMCG or retail environment would be advantageous
* Strong IT skills - MS Excel, Power BI, or MRP, ERP
* Previous experience with forecasting
* Commercial mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* A relationship builder - both internally and externally
* Proactive, positive, and resilient
