Youâll be instrumental in building calmer, clearer, and more scalable supply chain processes, bringing structure to a complex, fastâmoving operation while maintaining flexibility and quality.
This is a handsâon opportunity to join a missionâdriven team where operational excellence directly protects customer experience, margin, and brand integrity.
What skills do you need to have?
â Experience in supply chain, operations or production (FMCG or food).
â High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and confidence working with data, timelines, and scenarios.
â You understand how operations, margin and customer experience connect, and you know
how to simplify without flattening quality.
â Highly organised, proactive, and processâoriented, with strong attention to detail.
â An excellent communicator who flags risks early and brings calm, practical solutions.
