Working Hours: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: £90 - £100 per day (based on experience)

About the School
Our partner school in Exeter is a specialist setting for students with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Autism, learning difficulties, and communication challenges. The school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment focused on academic, social, and emotional development. Through tailored support and personalised learning plans, students are empowered to build independence and confidence.
Key Responsibilities
* Support students in accessing the curriculum within the classroom
* Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions for students with SEND
* Assist in developing and implementing individualised learning plans
* Help manage behaviour and provide emotional support
* Promote a positive and engaging learning environment
Candidate Requirements
* Passion for supporting students with SEND
* Experience in education or care (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication skills, patience, and resilience
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team
* Proactive and adaptable approach to student support

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
