Job Description The role combines high-end hospitality management skills with an understanding of working within a historic, institutional environment. Whilst overseeing a variety of catering operations, including members events, Hall lunches, commercial venue hire and Pegasus Restaurant. You are responsible for leading, managing, developing and implementing growth strategies. Responsibilities also include different tasks such as contributing to marketing strategies, recruiting, training, overseeing food quality as well as presence within service and events. Maintaining and developing strong relationships with the Inn’s governing body and membership.
