As our Social Media Manager, you’ll lead the next chapter of that journey, transforming how one of the UK’s leading retail brands shows up across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and beyond.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile social strategy at scale. From reactive, trend‑led content and creator partnerships to integrated campaigns that drive real engagement, you’ll shape content that sparks conversation, builds advocacy and keeps Screwfix culturally relevant in an ever‑evolving digital landscape.
Reporting to the Head of Brand, Comms & Creative, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Screwfix’s social presence across the UK & Ireland. You’ll share responsibilities across strategy, content direction and day‑to‑day delivery, while having the autonomy to bring fresh ideas, challenge convention and lead bold, social‑first thinking across the brand.
You’ll also own relationships with key agency partners across social, creative and PR, working closely with leading agencies including FabricSocial, M&C Saatchi and McCann to deliver standout campaigns and content.
