What You'll Be Doing
You'll lead and inspire a team of two, working closely with the wider HR function and key stakeholders to deliver seamless HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and pay structures
Managing our company vehicle fleet in line with safety and commercial standards
Enhancing our total benefits offering to attract and retain top talent
Leading annual HR processes including surveys and pay reviews
Overseeing payroll operations and mitigating business risk
Building strong relationships with internal teams, external providers, and trade unions
Ensuring pension administration is accurate and compliant
Staying ahead of legislative changes (e.g. gender pay reporting, national living wage)

Proven experience leading HR and Reward & Recognition teams
Strong understanding of HR legislation and regulated environments

Confidence, diplomacy, and resilience in challenging situations
Tech-savviness, especially with Microsoft Office and HR systems
