What you'll be doing:
Helping print and digital subscribers across the UK by answering their questions, solving problems, and delivering right first time service every time.
Switching between inbound calls, live chat, and helpdesk tickets – no two days are the same
Getting stuck into admin and data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
Working with a friendly, supportive team who'll have your back on even the busiest days.
What we're looking for:
* A natural listener with empathy, patience, and a knack for problem-solving.
* Someone who thrives under pressure but keeps things positive.
* A team player who takes real satisfaction in leaving customers happy.
* Experience in customer care or a contact centre is a bonus, but not essential – we'll train and support the right person.

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
