Job Description :
As a result of King and Moffatt Building Services securing a number of new projects in the Chichester area we are now looking to hire experienced Mechanical Foremen to play a key role in the successful delivery of these projects.
Main duties and responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation teams on-site.
* Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project drawings specifications and Irish building regulations.
* Liaise with project managers engineers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Monitor site progress productivity and quality of workmanship.
* Conduct daily briefings and toolbox talks to ensure health and safety compliance.
* Manage materials tools and equipment on-site.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed labour hours and site issues.
* Assist in resolving technical or coordination issues on-site.
Qualifications
* Fully qualified plumber or mechanical craftsperson with relevant certifications (e.g. CSCSCarded Manual Handling).
* Minimum 5 years experience in mechanical installation with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC pipework plumbing and mechanical systems.
* Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
* Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills.
* Experience working on commercial industrial or data centre projects is an advantage.
* Full clean driving licence (desirable).
