Responsibilities
* Coding and posting purchase invoices into Sage 200 and via our AP software (V1)
* Coordinating supplier statement reconciliations
* Managing the collation of invoices from different sources and distributing for authorisation
* Supporting supplier queries
* Posting of bank transactions, including supplier and customer allocations
* Along with further general account duties, this is a home-first position, giving you the freedom to work remotely while staying connected with the team. Youll spend one day each week (Tuesday) at our Alderley Edge hub, collaborating face-to-face and sharing ideas. In addition, you’ll have access to our network of local hubs across the UK, with occasional ad‑hoc travel to other group offices or locations as needed.
* Ability to plan and prioritise workload efficiently and successfully perform duties under pressure
* Strong attention to detail
* Clear understanding of accounting basics
* Great knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
* Knowledge of Sage 200 preferred, but not essential
