You’ll join a collaborative Residential and Commercial Property team that combines quality work with a supportive and forward-thinking culture. The role offers the chance to manage a varied caseload of non-contentious property matters, primarily residential, with scope to take on commercial work if desired.
This position is based in the firm’s London office, with hybrid working and ongoing opportunities for training and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a broad range of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
* Build and maintain strong client relationships and a trusted referral network
* Contribute to business development and networking initiatives
* Support, mentor, and collaborate with junior team members
* Work efficiently within a case management system, meeting agreed targets
About You
* 5+ years’ PQE, ideally with strong residential property experience
* Experience of commercial property work (advantageous but not essential)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to build and maintain client and referrer relationships
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Confident in managing competing priorities and deadlines
* IT-literate and comfortable working with case management systems
