Account Manager – UK (Hybrid, London)
We are looking for a client-focused and execution-driven Account Manager to join a brand new team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of financial services and real estate, supporting key clients while driving successful project delivery and long-term partnerships.
What you’ll be doing:
* Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and trust-based relationships.
* Understand client needs—particularly within mortgage and lending operations — and propose tailored solutions.
* Coordinate and oversee the delivery of client projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, and client satisfaction.
* Develop account strategies, aligning client objectives with company capabilities.
* Support business development by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Provide insights on market and competitor trends to strengthen account strategies.
What we’re looking for
* 5 years’ experience in account management, client success, or project execution (ideally within financial services, real estate, asset management, or loan servicing).
* Strong knowledge of UK financial services market
* Strong knowledge of financial services software.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects/accounts under tight deadlines.
* Proactive and collaborative mindset.
* Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages (Spanish or Portuguese) are a plus.
