Join to apply for the Lead Clinician role at TieTalent. Lead Clinician role based at The Shires Stretton / Oakham, Rutland, East Midlands LE15 7GT / LE15 6JB (covering both sites). Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience. Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Contract: Permanent (term time only, or flexibility around full-time contract can be discussed based on your personal circumstances).

Responsibilities
* Manage the in-house Clinical Team at The Shires – Oakham / Stretton and work collaboratively with the school’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Regional Clinical Lead.
* Split role between clinically leading the team and holding a therapy caseload; deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with complex profiles due to autism, neurodivergence, developmental trauma, and SEMH needs.
* Coordinate line management of onsite clinical team members and lead on the development of the school-based clinical service alongside the school SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.
* Support a multidisciplinary clinical approach that prioritises safeguarding, pupil-centred decision making, and collaboration with education teams to improve outcomes.
Qualifications / Essential
* Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
