Location: Warton Aerodrome, Preston (PR4)
Contract Length: 9 months
Rate: £41.87 PAYE or £56.44 Umbrella (Inside IR35)
Working Pattern: Onsite 2 days per week (Tuesdays & Wednesdays)
Clearance: You'll be required to undergo SC Clearance
The Role
BAE Systems is looking for an Engineering Scrum Master to support BAE Air programmes, working within Siemens-led Agile sprints. The role focuses on driving sprint delivery, supporting engineering teams, and ensuring progress against programme schedules.
Key Responsibilities
* Represent BAE Systems in Siemens-run Agile sprints
* Facilitate sprint activities and workshops
* Drive delivery of scope using Siemens toolsets
* Work closely with BAE SMEs and global delivery teams
* Track progress and provide regular status updates
Skills & Experience
* Certified Scrum Master with Agile delivery experience
* Established background in engineering or aerospace environments
* Experience with tools such as Teamcenter, NX, and Polarion
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Good communication skills in English and Indian dialects (primarily Hindi ) - added advantage when dealing with Siemens Global Delivery Team
* SC Clearance would also be an advantage
