Searcys is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to join its team at the iconic St Pancras Champagne Bar and Brasserie.
As an Assistant Bar Manager, you will support the Bar Manager in daily operations, craft signature cocktails, deliver excellent service, and showcase an extensive wine and champagne selection curated by our Head of Champagne.
Located within St Pancras International Station, the venue boasts the longest Champagne bar in Europe and offers a unique escape to enjoy the station's charm.

The role involves supporting the Bar Manager in maintaining bar standards, driving sales through innovative drinks, and managing supplier relationships. You will also oversee daily bar operations, including team management, cost control, training, budgeting, and floor management during service.

Salary: up to £45,000
Responsibilities:
* Passionate and articulate about food and beverages
* Manage the bar and beverage offerings, including cocktails, beers, garnishes, and non-alcoholic drinks
* Create and maintain service standards and operational efficiencies
* Develop innovative cocktail menus with cost considerations
* Build relationships with guests, team members, and clients
* Maintain professionalism and act as a brand ambassador
* Enhance staff productivity and service quality
* Perform additional duties as required
* Possess 2-3 years of bar management or supervisory experience
* Have a strong background in wine and beverages
