Our client is looking for an assistant to join their busy residential property department and support the senior fee earner with a busy and financially rewarding caseload.
You will have the opportunity to become more involved with all matters of the conveyancing process, including managing some of your own files under supervision. The department has plenty of work, a good reputation with the introducers and lots of repeat client business.
This role will suit someone who can demonstrate 2 years' experience of working in a legal property team, and is happy to be the first point of contact for all enquiries. The firm have very good processes in place and manage properties from shared ownership to multi-million-pound sales and purchases for both freehold and leasehold.
In this role you will be fully supported to develop your skills, knowledge and experience as well as take further professional qualifications to be a fee earner in time.
