Role Overview
As a Care Team Leader, you will oversee daily resident needs with compassion and dedication, working with a team committed to providing a comfortable and respectful environment. You will support and develop Care Assistants while ensuring personalized care aligns with individual care plans. Promoting social and leisure activities is also key.
Skills Required
* Teamwork and a positive attitude
* Experience in care; NVQ3 in Social Care is desirable
* Excellent communication skills and flexibility
* Genuine kindness and respect for older people
