A complex, global Science-led organisation, are seeking a confident and commercially-aware HR Generalist, to join their dynamic UK HR team.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be the "go-to" expert for line managers, tackling everything from employee relations to driving key people initiatives.
The role:
* Act as first-line HR support for managers across multiple UK sites and provide expert guidance on employee relations matters (disciplinary, performance, absence, etc.) .
* Lead annual cycles such as performance management and compensation.
* Manage HR activities within a modern HRIS (e.g. Workday), ensuring data accuracy.
* Analyse HR data to identify trends and inform decisions. Build the tools and reports that support meaningful improvement.
* Shape and drive the implementation of HR policy and best practice.
* Support delivery of strategic HR initiatives and transformation programmes.
* Contribute to training and development activities across the business.
* Drive continuous improvement, by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
* Proven HR generalist experience across a broad remit.
* Strong employee relations expertise and solid knowledge of UK employment law.
* Experience working with HR systems (Workday desirable).
* A data-driven mindset, and confident analysing and interpreting HR metrics.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
