Responsibilities
Assisting the controller with all aspects of their job, including:
1. Dealing with clients and engineers;
2. Managing our job system: CLIK, to record all job-related information;
3. Booking jobs and arranging access to properties/sites;
4. Allocating jobs to engineers with instructions;
5. Ensuring engineers have necessary equipment;
6. Updating the CLIK system;
7. Preparing estimate requests, reports, and CCTV survey reports;
8. Managing monthly maintenance contracts;
9. Recording purchased materials and liaising with accounts.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills;
* Ability to multitask;
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
