Key responsibilities Perform precise dimensional and surface measurements using microscopes, hand gauges, contact and optical measurement systems. Produce detailed inspection reports and effectively communicate technical findings to stakeholders. Research new technologies and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to enhance department capabilities. Supervise and mentor junior engineers and students. Ensure calibration and maintenance of equipment to maintain operational excellence.
