Job Description
As the PA you will be responsible for:
Provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to senior team members.
* Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
* Prepare and organise reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed.
* Coordinate meetings, including booking venues and handling all related logistics.
* Maintain and update records, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
* Handle incoming communications and respond or redirect as appropriate.
* Support the team with ad-hoc duties and projects when required.
* Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
The successful PA should have:
* Previous experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role, ideally within professional services.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
