Qualifications:
We're hiring a Sales Manager who thrives on closing new business but is equally comfortable being the go-to person for existing clients day-to-day.
What you'll do
* Own the full sales cycle — outbound prospecting, demos, negotiations, and closing
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts
* Be the primary point of contact for clients in Slack — responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive
* Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within the existing client base
* Collaborate directly with the CEO on pipeline, deals, and growth strategy
What we're looking for
* 3–6 years in a sales or business development role, ideally in ad-tech or a SaaS platform
* Proven track record of closing — you're comfortable with outbound and don't wait for inbound
* Excellent written communication; clients will reach you via Slack and expect fast, sharp responses
* Familiarity with performance marketing — mobile UA, paid social, or creative production workflows is a strong plus
* Self-starter who thrives without heavy process or hand-holding
* Bonus: experience with AppLovin/Axon, Meta Ads, or creative automation tools
