Our Spa Senior Receptionists play a very important role in setting an excellent first impression for all of our members and customers from the moment they enter the building. Our Spa Senior Receptionists are passionate, professional, and extremely member-focused to deliver an exceptional experience to all of our customers.
Role Responsibilities
1. Excellent communication skills to ensure a high-quality customer journey from booking through to payment.
2. Contribute to achieving sales targets through discussion and aftercare suggestions.
3. Support the Spa Supervisor in maintaining high service standards across the team.
4. Prepare Front of House rotas and organize employee shift cover as needed.
5. Assist with timesheet management and invoicing in the absence of the Spa Supervisor.
6. Manage stock levels to ensure the spa has necessary products for smooth operation.
7. Review booking processes regularly to ensure proper handling by team members.
8. Carry out opening and closing procedures following David Lloyd Leisure brand standards.
9. Engage regularly with members and handle customer queries effectively.
