* £85-£100 (Depending on Experience)
* Cheltenham
* Full-Time 8:30am-3:30pm
* Term-Time only
* Enhanced DBS (Or willingness to apply for one)
Learning Support Assistant Responsibilities:
* Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where students feel confident and motivated
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs
* Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) and tailored learning strategies
* Help students develop social and emotional skills to enhance their overall learning experience
* Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom behaviour
