What Theyre Looking For Essential Strong background in fabrication & welding Experience in welding, pipefitting, plating or sheet metal (expertise in one is fine) Level 3 qualification or time-served apprenticeship Teaching qualification ideal (PGCE / DTLLS / Cert Ed) Confident leading people Comfortable with planning, organisation and IT Nice to Have (Fully Funded if You Dont Have Them) Assessor / Verifier qualifications TWI Welding Inspector certification If you need additional qualifications, our client pays for them.
