Integration Manager (M&A) - Interim Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Integration Manager to lead M&A integration strategy in this multi-disciplined engineering organisation.
What You'll Do:
1. Lead post-acquisition integrations from Day 1 through full operational integration
2. Design comprehensive integration frameworks for newly acquired businesses
3. Drive IPO readiness through standardized processes and governance structures
4. Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with divisional leaders
5. Deliver value creation by identifying and realizing synergies between acquired businesses
What We're Looking For:
1. 10+ years in business integration with 5+ years in senior M&A integration roles
2. Proven track record integrating businesses in engineering, construction, or facilities management
3. IPO preparation experience through effective business integration and standardization
4. Systems integration expertise including ERP/CRM consolidation
5. Exceptional stakeholder management and Board-level communication skills
