Position Overview: We're working with a high-growth Series C Construction Software company that are making waves in the industry.
You will be at the frontline of our sales efforts, responsible for generating and qualifying leads to fuel the sales pipeline. You will engage with prospective customers, educate them on the benefits of their software solutions, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
* Conduct research to identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
* Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and articulate how our software solutions can address their needs.
* Schedule high-quality appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
* Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
* Previous B2B outbound sales experience ideally for a construction software company but would consider wider tech
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects over the phone and via email.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
* A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
