About the role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Mechanic to join our growing workshop team.
This role is ideal for someone who:

What youll be doing
Carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance to a high standard
Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults efficiently and accurately
Repairing and replacing components with a focus on quality and durability
Road testing vehicles to ensure work meets required standards
Completing documentation clearly and accurately
Maintaining tools and equipment in line with safety expectations
Following processes and checklists to ensure consistency and compliance
Youll also play an important role in:
Supporting colleagues across the workshop and other departments
Contributing to continuous improvement through ideas and feedback
Helping maintain a positive, professional, and team-focused working environment
What were looking for
NVQ Level 2 / City & Guilds Level 2 (or equivalent), or significant practical experience
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
A flexible, can-do attitude with a solution-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
Good communication skills and a willingness to collaborate
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality
Full UK driving licence (D1 desirable but not essential)
