Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a large branch team, including line management responsibility for the branch team
* Take full responsibility for sales, operations, resources, and customer service to hit daily sales targets and operational KPIs
* Be involved in HR activities such as performance management, succession planning and recruitment
* Ensure Health and Safety compliance and lead a safety-first culture
* Demonstrate behaviours in line with company core values
* Promote a customer-focused mindset within the branch
* Collaborate with field-based teams to maximise customer opportunities
* Average of 46 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am-6pm with alternate Saturdays 8am-4pm
