Part-time Accounts Assistant (20 Hours) | Bolton | £26,000-£30,000 pro rata | Flexible Working Hours
Axon Moore are pleased to be partnering with a fantastic SME near Bolton as they look to recruit a Accounts Assistant who is looking to take ownership of transactional duties and add value to the business. The role will initially be on a six month fixed term contract with view to extend.
This role will be well suited to an experienced and charismatic Accounts Assistant who is incredibly organised and boast a fun, outgoing personality with a can do approach to work.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
* Aspects of sales and purchase ledger
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Weekly bank reconciliations
* Liaising with our sales team regarding overdue debtors and outstanding queries
* Production and distribution of sales invoices
* Posting daily cash and staff expenses
* Processing employee expense claims and processing credit cards
* General accounts administration and ad-hoc duties
Required Skills and Experience:
* At least one years experience within similar roles.
* Able to efficiently manage a high-volume workload.
* Sage and Microsoft Excel proficient.
* Good attention to detail.
* Proactive, self-motivated and organised.
* Able to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
