We seek to appoint a Careers Advisor for 6 hours per week on a Term Time Only basis to join the team at Barlby High School. This is a permanent position.

Responsibilities
* Deliver impartial careers information, advice, guidance and support to pupils.
* Develop and deliver presentations and group learning through seminars, workshops and contribution to the tutorial programme in pupil career development.
* Conduct careers interviews with all students in Year 10 and Year 11, alongside selected KS3 students, to ensure all students have a clear progression plan inline with the Gatsby Benchmarks.
