We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Account Manager who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, get stuck in, and make an impact!
As an Account Manager your responsibilities will include:
* Dealing with enquiries via email and phone & putting together quotes
* Establishing what’s required to create a quote/whether further works are required
* Calling old clients/prospects, re-establishing relationships, fact finding and up-selling
* Taking worksheets from Engineers, processing, saving to system and emailing to customer
* Proactive calling of cooler prospects at quieter times of the year to generate leads
* Quoting on complete shop fronts including access control system
We are looking for an Account Manager with the following skills and experience:
* 2+ years’ experience in an Account Manager role, B2B is preferred
* Previous experience with doors/windows or construction is ideal
* Commercially minded with confidence communicating at all levels & articulating value
* Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
* Driving licence and access to own vehicle is preferred
* Happy to work for a small business and to get involved with any ad hoc tasks
In return, the successful Account Manager will receive a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 plus benefits…
