Job Purpose: We’re looking for a commercially thoughtful and digitally skilled marketer to join our in-house team as a Senior Performance Marketing Executive. This is a collaborative, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys enhancing campaign effectiveness across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Affiliate marketing. You’ll contribute meaningfully to our global campaigns, supporting growth in qualified interest, online bookings, and brand awareness across key international markets, including the UK, US/Canada, EU & AU.
The ideal candidate has proven experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and affiliate networks, and is comfortable working with campaign strategies, measurement tools, and experimentation. Whether you’re coming from a digital agency or have experience in a luxury, premium or high-growth consumer brand, you’ll find room to grow, contribute, and shape meaningful marketing activity here.
You’ll work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and wider team, blending creative insight with thoughtful use of data to evolve our marketing approach.
Reports To: Performance Marketing Manager
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Paid Search (PPC)
* Manage and refine campaigns within Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Search, Display, and Performance Max.
* Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to align Paid Search activity with wider business goals across international regions.
* Monitor and manage budgets, bidding strategies, keyword expansions, and ad copy testing to drive consistent performance improvements.
* Keep informed about the latest Google Ads features and beta opportunities.
Paid Social
* Set up and optimise Paid Social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
* Thoughtfully manage tactical execution of audience targeting, creative testing, and bid management to maximise ROI.
* Work with the in-house design team to brief and develop engaging ad assets tailored to platform and objective.
Affiliate Marketing
* Assist with the day-to-day coordination of affiliate partners and networks, contributing to onboarding and campaign development.
* Monitor performance metrics to ensure acquisition costs remain within targets, flagging opportunities for growth or refinement.
* Ensure compliance and alignment with brand values across affiliate content and partnerships.
Analytics, Reporting & Testing
* Regularly report on performance across all channels with input into dashboards (Looker Studio) and custom reports.
* Track KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and identify areas of underperformance with actionable insights.
* Contribute to the implementation and analysis of A/B test campaigns (ad copy, creative, landing pages, bidding strategies).
* Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to extract learnings and insights from GA4 and CRM data (e.g. Zoho).
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Some prior experience in a digital performance marketing role (preferably 2–3 years), ideally agency-side or across multiple clients/sectors.
* Experienced in managing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
* Skilled in planning and adjusting campaigns with a balance of independence and collaboration.
* Familiar with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, with an ability to interpret data and spot performance trends.
* Comfortable working with budgets, pacing, and cross-channel reporting.
* Has a strong visual sense and enjoys partnering with creatives to develop compelling marketing materials.
* A clear communicator, effective in both reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
* Highly organised, commercially aware, and excited to work in a dynamic, collaborative premium travel brand environment.
