Drainage Supervisor
to join our dynamic team in
Brixworth, Northamptonshire
. This is your chance to support our Network Manager in planning and overseeing impactful projects that keep our transportation links thriving! About the Role
As a Drainage Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include: Designing, planning, and scheduling works programmes. Assisting in achieving and exceeding key business targets and Key Performance Indicators. Ensuring compliance with NEC 4 contract terms. Collaborating with the Asset Management Team to deliver cost-effective highways maintenance solutions for all Northamptonshire stakeholders. Engaging with the public to identify potential drainage issues and finding practical, cost-efficient solutions. What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you: Hold a HNC or ONC in Civil Engineering. Have completed the Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (CITB), 12D M7 Lantra, and possess IOSHH or NEBOSH certification. Bring experience from the Local Authority Highways sector, including new builds, maintenance, and improvement works. Are knowledgeable about the Traffic Management Act and other regulations related to working on public highways. Working Conditions

Permanent Full-time, 40 hours per week Salary:
