Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
1. Support the design and rollout of their global transformation program, including the Target Operating Model & Digital Strategy
2. Lead or assist in cross-functional projects, managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder engagement across multiple geographies
3. Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
4. Develop and implement SOPs and best practices across global offices
Qualifications required:
5. Committed to life-long learning/CPD – CII Certificate completed or underway
Experience required:
6. They’re seeking a candidate with deep expertise in business analysis within a commercial Reinsurance context, who also brings knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm in other areas
7. Experience in London Market insurance (and reinsurance ideally) broking workflows, claims lifecycle, and compliance
8. Insurance platforms: OpenTWINS or similar PAS. Whitespace/PPL, a broking or underwriting workbenches; CRMs
