As the Director of Retail Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing the retail operations of HSL, ensuring that all stores operate efficiently and profitably. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive and develop the Retail and Home Visit Business, with a key focus on driving sales growth whilst ensuring world-class levels of customer experience through all retail touchpoints.

We are looking for a senior leader who can demonstrate the following:
* Proven career history within retail management with a solid background within retail leadership, preferably at board level
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
* Understanding high value, low volume markets would be advantageous
* Customer first approach, understanding the HSL target market and their buying habits / needs
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
* Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
* Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office Suite
* Willingness to travel as needed and requirement to be in the Head Office a minimum of once a week
