What You’ll Bring:

* The Experience: 5–6 years of Account Management experience, preferably within the events sector.
* The Numbers: Proven success handling project budgets of ÂŁ500k+.
* The Tech: Proficiency in Google Apps and a solid understanding of account management tools.
* The Mindset: A proactive, \"trusted advisor\" approach with the ability to understand complex client KPIs.


What You’ll Do:

* Drive Growth: Take full responsibility for the profitability and expansion of designated client accounts.
* Lead Strategy: Create actionable account plans that foster long-term partnerships and source new income opportunities.
* Deliver Excellence: Manage the planning, design, and delivery of both live and digital event projects and pitches.
* Bridge the Gap: Act as the link between client objectives and the internal delivery teams to ensure every project hits the mark.
