As a Lettings Manager, your duties will be:
9. Leading and motivating the Lettings team through daily meetings
10. Supporting team development through regular performance reviews
11. Listing and valuing rental properties
12. Driving new business and maximising repeat business opportunities
13. Negotiating offers and agreeing on new tenancies
14. Ensuring full compliance with all current lettings legislation and regulatory bodies
What you will require to be a successful Lettings Manager:
15. A proven background as a Lettings Valuer, Assistant Lettings Manager, or Lettings Manager
16. Full UK driving licence
17. Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
18. A solid understanding of current residential lettings legislation
19. The ability to work independently and take ownership of results
20. Professional telephone manner
21. Strong IT skills and attention to detail
