Key Responsibilities
3. Provide visible leadership and clear direction across multiple retrofit schemes.
4. Manage project budgets, identify risks, and ensure full contract compliance.
5. Oversee design coordination and actively engage with the supply chain.
6. Ensure timely delivery of works including insulation, roofing, windows, doors, heat pumps, and other retrofit solutions.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.
8. Lead recruitment, manage performance, and support the professional development of your team.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
9. Proven experience in project management within housing retrofit or construction sectors.
10. Strong commercial acumen with in-depth contract knowledge.
11. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
12. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
13. Familiarity with SHDF funding and decarbonisation strategies is a distinct advantage.
