What skills and experience we're looking for
Due to the retirement of the current post holder, the Governors of Winsford High Street Primary School are seeking to appoint a School Business Manager to work closely with the Senior Leadership Team.
The successful candidate will have:
* Excellent organisation and communication skills;
* Experience and skills in financial management, including financial governance, planning, control and reporting;
* A high level of IT literacy (knowledge of a range of systems including Office, Arbor, an Unit 4ERP systems are desirable);
* Experience of HR management and administration;
* A relevant qualification in business/school business management (ideal but not essential).
The new Business Manager will assume responsibility for finance, HR, health & safety, premises and administration, working closely with the administration team. They will support the annual budgeting process to ensure realistic figures, manage safe employment and maintenance records, and ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards of security and safety.
