We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join the International Office and play an integral role in working within a team providing immigration and compliance support to students and colleagues. The role will be varied and interesting, and is ideally suited to someone with a background in higher education working with international students. You will need previous experience of working with higher education student record systems as well as data bases and spreadsheets. Excellent customer service skills are, of course, essential as you will be expected to liaise with applicants and students, university colleagues, UKVI and other key stakeholders. You will be the first point of contact for many queries from overseas applicants as well as registered students. The role can often be demanding, and will require you to be able to prioritise effectively and deal with deadlines in a methodical manner.
