This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, build strong client relationships, and grow your career with a supportive team. 🔧 What You’ll Be Doing Technical Duties * Carry out statutory and routine PPMs and reactive maintenance across various sites * Focus on air conditioning systems while supporting other disciplines as needed * Provide expert advice and technical support to clients and colleagues * Accurately record time and materials for minor works and assist with quoting * Keep Maximo (CAFM system) updated via tablet and ensure timesheets are complete Service Delivery * Deliver excellent service with a goal of 100% customer satisfaction * Keep clients informed with regular updates and feedback * Report progress to your Area Manager * Work closely with Account Support, Supervisors, Managers, and Sub-Contractors * Support safe delivery of all works, including those by service partners Client & Team Relationships * Build strong relationships with clients, cus...
