Tradewind are partnered with a Community-focused Secondary School in Chesham, Buckinghamshire who are seeking a number of reliable and engaging Cover Supervisors for the new academic year, beginning September 2025.
The school have worked in partnership with Tradewind for some time, and hold a proven record of supporting educators in progressing their career within schools, with many temporary staff moving into permanent roles within the school following a successful stint as a Cover Supervisor.

What does a day in the life of a Cover Supervisor look like?You'll step into the classroom in a teachers absence - keeping students focused, ensuring work is completed, and managing behaviour with consistency and care. All lesson materials are planned in advance by the internal school staff, and support from staff is always on hand for anything you may need.
Expect to cover a range of subjects across different year groups!
