Robert Half is working in partnership with a well-established organisation based in Enderby to recruit a highly organised Temporary Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-focused, and confident supporting a busy office environment. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and may have the opportunity to extend beyond the initial contract period.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide general administrative support to the team, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

2. Manage incoming and outgoing post, emails, and telephone enquiries, directing information to the appropriate departments.

3. Maintain and update internal databases, records, and documents with a high level of accuracy.

4. Assist with filing, scanning, photocopying, and preparing documents as required.

5. Support with data entry, document processing, and basic reporting tasks.

6. Coordinate internal communication, liaising with team members and external contacts when needed.

7. Contribute to smooth office operations by assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects.

Requirements

8. Previous experience in an administrative role (ideally within an office, customer service, or data-focused environment).

9. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

10. Confident working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office systems.

11. Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.

12. Professional communication skills-both written and verbal.

13. A reliable, proactive, and positive approach to work.
