Salary - £23,000- £26,000 + Bonus Scheme up to 20% of salary paid monthly after passing probation.
Flexible working – We have a hybrid working policy, alongside flexible start and finish times. We work Monday, Tuesday and Thursday in the office and work from home on Wednesday and Friday.
Time off - 25 days of paid time off per year plus bank holiday.

The role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Commercial Account Manager to enhance and develop their commercial skills with us. If you are good at selling, being creative and driven to achieve, get in touch!
You’ll be reporting to the Commercial Manager and working within the Commercial team. You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of accounts allowing you to manage and grow your own client relationships.
What you'll be getting up to:
* Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
* Managing and negotiating client budgets throughout the month.
* Finding and onboarding new business partners.
* Answering day-to-day client enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Review and negotiate existing deals to ensure they are commercially viable.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth performance of campaigns.
* Generating ideas and working with internal creative teams to deliver them for a great user experience.
This role will be a great fit if you:
* Have proven work experience ideally in, account management, sales or customer facing roles.
* Have the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of external and internal stakeholders.
* Have proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
* Are proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to analyse campaign data.
* Have good listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
* The ability to work within a team and independently.
* Are self-motivated.
