What you’ll be doing
1. Manage the prioritisation of applications and tasks through the Origination process
2. Process applications, particularly complex transactions, through the origination process ensuring they are processed in line with all policies and procedures
3. Work with internal and external stakeholders to build good relationships to support good customer outcomes
4. Deputise for the Team Leaders and ensure team SLA’s are monitored and consistently achieved
5. Support the Team Leaders by delivering training and coaching of new and existing team members of the teams to ensure that their knowledge and skill levels are appropriate to carry out their duties
About You
What you’ll bring to the team
6. Advanced knowledge of all asset finance products so that you can support the team with technical queries and more complex transactions
7. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast paced environment
8. Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and senior colleagues in SME lending as well as external customers, suppliers and introducers
9. Excellent understanding of AML/KYC requirements and Paragon’s internal policies and procedures
10. A consistent positive attitude keeping the customer at the heart of everything you do

Working hours
Full time hybrid working, 2 days per week minimum in the Southampton office
