The purpose of this role is to manage all current Service Delivery accounts & team for the UKI, including covering tasks of the Service Delivery Admin, Forwards operatives, and tasks assigned by the Service Delivery Manager UKI.
Key Accountabilities
1. Support service delivery requests and conduct audits of hospitals and customer visits as required.
2. Provide proposals based on audit findings, including service level recommendations and costing, to commercial business managers.
3. Complete open actions from EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) audits for the ForWards teams.
4. Ensure all tasks within LSW (Lean Standard Work) are completed, including responding to business and customer requests and collating financial data on time.
5. Update the FLT (Forwards Leadership team) on Managed Inventory accounts and onboarding pipeline.
6. Support HR functions such as disciplinaries, monthly check-ins, and investigations.
7. Ensure the ForWards Team meets KPIs and operates in line with EHS, QA, and operational standards.
8. Lead back order management for Service Delivery Accounts.
9. Manage team scheduling, bank holiday planning, and cover for sickness/holidays.
10. Collate data for each site to share with Service Delivery Manager for CRM updates.
11. Encourage standard methodologies within EHS, QA, and Kaizens to minimize waste and improve efficiency.
12. Perform ACE Check-ins with all operatives.
13. Manage operational hours and control overtime costs.
14. Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, and swaps.
15. Maintain and review all SOJTs/SOPs for compliance.
16. Support data management for Service Delivery Accounts, including picking and driver instructions.
17. Supervise day-to-day functions of managed inventory services, including order processing and customer queries.
18. Conduct face-to-face service level reviews with customers.
19. Ensure all operative practices, SOPs, OJTs, and other compliance requirements are current.
20. Perform routine site checks to maintain standards.
21. Collaborate effectively across departments to manage workload.
