Our Atrium restaurant, proudly holding 4 AA Rosettes, offers an exquisite tasting menu crafted from the best seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Alongside Atrium, The Dining Room delivers refined, elegant dining, reinforcing our reputation as one of the most highly acclaimed restaurants in the region.
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Demi Chef de Partie or Breakfast Chef to join our talented kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in a high-quality restaurant environment, eager to refine their skills and develop their career in a dynamic and ambitious setting.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and service of dishes to the highest standards
Take responsibility for breakfast service and/or allocated sections within the kitchen
Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation
Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Uphold the highest standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
